Its been a bad few weeks for actor Shia LeBeouf and its gotten even worse. Shia LaBeouf has been arrested in New Orleans — again. As reported by TMZ and confirmed by Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office records, the actor was booked into the Orleans Justice Center on Saturday (Feb. 28) at around 1:40 p.m. local time on a charge of simple battery. LaBeouf’s first arrest happened after an incident on Royal Street in New Orleans during Mardi Gras for a similar charge.
