According to Rolling Stone’s Nancy Dillon, a judge has accepted a motion from the “Old Town Road” artist to enter a two-year mental health diversion program. Once completed, the charges he faced from the Los Angeles Police Department will be dropped. Following the hearing, Lil Nas X, born Montero Hill, walked out of a courthouse in Van Nuys and told a reporter he feels “thankful.”
