Jay-Z has announced a new big TV project in celebration of 30 years of his debut album ‘Reasonable Doubt.’ HOV just announced a forthcoming HBO documentary series directed by “99 Problems” producer Rick Rubin titled ‘Jay-Z In 8.’ The eight-part series is set to make its debut later this year in the fall.
