Blake Lively is seeking just over $8-million from Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios to cover legal fees after his $400-million countersuit was dismissed. Her filing requests $7.5-million in attorneys’ fees plus roughly $540-thousand in additional costs. Lively’s legal team accused Baldoni’s side of using “scorched-earth litigation tactics” to drain her resources during the case. Her lawyers said the ruling puts anyone using lawsuits as intimidation “on notice that there are consequences,” with Baldoni’s team due to respond by July 13th.
