The Tupac murder trail is underway this week and there’s already some bad news taking place. A harrowing scene unfolded near the Las Vegas courthouse on Tuesday as the family of Tupac Shakur was leaving the trial for Duane “Keefe D” Davis to grab lunch. According to PEOPLE, a shooting erupted just down the street from the courthouse. At this time, police are investigating the situation, and there are currently no reports suggesting the incident is linked to the trial itself.
