Ellen Pompeo will no longer be on the iconic Seattle based TV show ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ after 19 seasons. She will be on episodes in the final season but after that she will be leaving the show.
“I am eternally grateful and humbled by the love and support you have all shown me, Meredith GREY and the show for 19 seasons!” the actress, who’s been on the show since 2005, wrote. “Through it all….none of it …would have been possible without the best fans in the world.”
While she won’t be on the show, she will still serve as a producer still.
