Adele announced she has been going through some pain worse than her own child birth. What could it be? “I actually have an ear infection, which is pretty grim. I’ve never had an ear infection before,” she said. “It is the most painful thing that has ever, ever happened to me in my life — it was worse than childbirth.” Adele told the crowd that the infection was caused by a “rare water bacteria” that has been hard to treat.
