Beyonce fans are livid today as the Queen B has been shutout nomination wise for the upcoming Country Music Awards. Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter is one of the most successful country albums of the year, but the record didn’t get a single nomination at the 2024 Country Music Awards. The CMAs announced the nominations for the 2024 awards and Beyoncé didn’t get a nod, despite receiving widespread critical acclaim and occupying the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 for two weeks. All 23 tracks on the album eligible for charting also debuted on the Billboard Hot 100. Meanwhile, Shaboozey, who appeared on two tracks on the album, was nominated for New Artist of the Year and Single of the Year.
