D4vd’s efforts to avoid prison or possibly the death pentalty for the gruesome murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez took a major blow. The singer’s attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter told the judge overseeing the trial that they could no longer represent him. The singer will now be appointed a public defender.
