R&B singer and dancer DaniLeigh has been arrested in Miami and charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property after hitting someone on a moped while drunk. The officer who arrested her claims she blew nearly twice the legal limit and the man who was hit suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture. The 28-year-old was cuffed and taken to jail, where she was promptly handed three felony charges.
