Rapper Pooh Shiesty is in some major legal trouble. DOJ officials allege that Pooh Shiesty robbed and kidnapped Gucci Mane at gunpoint on January 10, 2026, at a recording studio in Dallas. The DOJ stated Shiesty orchestrated a meeting with Gucci to get out of his record deal with him, but instead of talking it out, Pooh held Gucci Mane at gunpoint with an AK-47, forcing him to sign him out of his deal. While Shiesty was dealing with the contract, his partners allegedly robbed the other victims of Rolex watches, jewelry, cash and other expensive items. If each person connected to this federal case is convicted, they all face a sentence of up to life imprisonment.
