Jack Harlow’s new neo-soul inspired r&b album ‘Monica’ is off to a rough start when it comes to sales and his recent comments haven’t done him any favors. Jack Harlow has been embroiled in some controversy as of late, thanks to his comments made on The New York Times‘ music show, Popcast. During this interview, he said that he “Got Blacker” with his new album, Monica. Thanks to that and the big switch in approach from rap to r&b, Harlow’s new album is only expected to sell a lowly 25 thousand copies, a big drop off from his last projects considering he sold 113K with Come Home The Kids Miss You, Harlow is on a steep decline.
