Kanye West announced his new album over the weekend. During his event in China recently, Kanye announced that his next album is titled Bully. Ye was performing a show at the Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China where he took the opportunity to reveal the news. No word on when the album is going to be released but Ye is working on the album as we speak.
