In typical Kanye West fashion, due dates on albums never drop when he says they will. Ye’s ‘BULLY’ (Deluxe) album was supposed to drop last night but it in fact did not. Now, this is not surprising but fans believe the Chicago artist ran into issues with the release and had to push things back due to sample clearances, feature placements, and many other hypothetical and possible explanations.
