Just hours before the hearing, the Feds filed an opposition, revealing they are investigating Durk for allegedly trying to smuggle contraband into prison. This comes right after he was thrown into solitary confinement for talking back to guards. No contraband has actually been found yet, but prosecutors are using the incident to argue he’s a rules violator who shouldn’t get bail ahead of his 2027 trial.
