Lil Yachty regrets getting involved in Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s feud. While speaking to Shannon Sharpe, Yachty reflected on the comments he made in 2018, saying he would turn down a collaboration with Minaj due to his ties with Cardi and Offset. “I kinda inserted myself in something that I had nothing to do with…Apology to Nicki and to Cardi.” Yachty’s comments at the time led him to get blocked by the Pink Friday 2 rapper. He confirmed to Sharpe he’s still blocked despite multiple apologies and attempts to reconcile. He also denied asking Drake to step in to ask Nicki to unblock him.
