The pop musician celebrated her 38th birthday with an Instagram post announcing that B*#ch would be the title of her new LP, scheduled to release on June 5. In a press statement, Lizzo acknowledged rapper Missy Elliott and “B*#ch” vocalist Meredith Brooks as influences behind her next album. Lizzo also says the word means power to her and it’s a word she’s been using a lot.
