Miley Cyrus will be joined by an icon for her New Years Eve TV Special this year. The one and only Dolly Parton (who is also Miley’s Godmother) will be her co-host before the ball drops for 2023. Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party is set to air live from Miami, Florida, on NBC and streaming on Peacock. It’s set to kick off on Saturday, December 31 at 10:30 p.m. and run until 12:30 a.m. ET.
