But now she is changing plans. In a surprise announcement on Sunday night, the superstar told fans that she was scrapping the idea of the GagCityRELOADED deluxe that was supposed to be out Sept 13 and instead releasing a whole new album, Pink Friday 3. No word yet on when the album will be dropping.
