The late great Nipsey Hussle is getting a well deserved honor. ABC7 reports that come this Saturday (February 28) at 10 a.m., the intersection at Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue will be known as “Nipsey Hussle Square.” Nipsey’s brother Blacc Sam is expected at the ceremony alongside several L.A. officials. Nipsey had purchased the nearby plaza before his death, and it’s now home to the Neighborhood Nip Foundation, continuing his legacy.
