The Oscars are now implementing a rule that seems a bit obvious. Members will now be required to watch all nominated films in each category to be eligible to vote for the winner in the final round. Previously, viewing standards were not mandatory for all branches, and many voters throughout the years have even publicly lamented about being able to watch all the films.
