The cause of death for rapper Rich Homie Quan has been revealed. The rapper died from a drug overdose which was from a lethal combination of fentanyl, alprazolam (Xanax), codeine and promethazine. The rapper’s death was ruled an accident, the medical examiner said Wednesday.
