Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, were found guilty of federal charges related to over $1 million in wire fraud, following a three-hour deliberation by the jury on Friday. Turner will remain in federal custody until her July sentencing, while Kingston faces house arrest and the requirement to post a bond of a $500,000 home and $200,000 in cash. According to Florida news outlet Local10, Kingston cried in court and said, “Protect my mother.” They are both set for sentencing on July 11.
