Some unfortunate news for a talk show and radio legend today. Wendy Williams has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia. On Thursday (February 22), Williams’ team announced the diagnosis.
“As Wendy’s fans are aware, in the past she has been open with the public about her medical struggles with Graves’ Disease and Lymphedema as well as other significant challenges related to her health,” Williams’ camp said in a statement, per Page Six.
According to the statement, Williams, 59, went through testing in 2023 after her memory began to fade. We wish her the best going forward!
